Streamyo is the best location to earn revenue from your video content. Through the Streamyo interface, content providers can upload their quality video, set a price for their video, and sell the video to their many supporters, friends, family and fans. Additionally, users can embed videos on their social network websites including Myspace and forums and earn revenue for every sold video.

Content Questions
Is my relationship with Streamyo Exclusive?
NO! Uploading your videos to Streamyo does not prohibit you from uploading your videos to any other website. However to maximize your revenue stream, it is best to begin with Streamyo before introducing your videos to other free video sharing websites.
How do I add my content to your site?
Set up an account with Streamyo as a producer and simply upload your content. Your content may be reviewed in order to verify copyrights. If you have an extensive amount of content, contact us and we will assist you. Email contact@streamyo.com.
How does Streamyo protect my content?
Streamyo has spent a significant amount of programming time ensuring that your video content will be protected. Only those who purchase the video will have access to your copyrighted content.
Do copyright holders maintain full control of the content?
YES! Copyright holders maintain complete control of the content and can remove their content from the Streamyo server at anytime. Streamyo is simply granted a limited license to sell the content on behalf of the copyright holder.
Money Questions
How much does it cost to sell my content?
It is 100% free to set up your own Streamyo account and begin selling your content immediately. Streamyo takes a small percentage of your sale each time somebody buys your content.
What does Streamyo charge for sales?
Streamyo takes 30% of each sale, 50% of each sale goes to the content producer and 20% of each sale goes to an affiliate. In many cases the content producer will also be the affiliate and therefore the content producer will earn 70% of each sale.
What is an Affiliate?
An Affiliate is someone other than the content provider that provides sells for your content. Affiliates are encouraged because they increase sells of your content and therefore increase money in your pocket.
How much do affiliates make?
Affiliates get 20% of each sale. 50% goes to the content producer, and 30% goes to Streamyo. In many cases, the content producer will also be the Affiliate and therefore the content producer will earn 70% of each sale.
How do I become an affiliate?
To become an affiliate, simply create an account with Streamyo and then copy the embed code on any page that you want to sell the selected content from. We'll take care of the rest!
Is my bank account information safe with Streamyo?
Yes. Your bank account information is secured with Paypal, the premier online merchant services provider. We only use your bank account information to electronically transfer money owed to you or money due to us. We will notify you when such a transfer occurs. We use industry standard security practices, with all information stored behind our firewall and never share that information with third parties, unless required by law.
Who handles accounting and revenue distribution?
Streamyo has in depth tracking features to handle the back end and collect the money from viewers. Additionally, Streamyo provides you with a full ability to track all of your sales online and then Streamyo pays you when your content is sold.
How often do I get paid by Streamyo?
You, the rights holder, content producer or affiliate, will be paid after you have earned $20 or more and Streamyo has received payments for the content being sold. We deposit your sales dollars on a monthly basis into your paypal account or can send a check to you. If your earnings do not exceed $20, the balance will be rolled over to the following months until you reach the $20 minimum.
How can I track my sales?
On your user profile page there is a link title "My Sales". Selecting that link will show you how many sales have been purchased from each of your videos.
Beyond video, does your model work with other types of media?
Currently, Streamyo only supports the sale of video. In the future, Streamyo will apply its vision and technology to other forms of content such as music, books, software and games.
I live outside the USA, can I still sign-up for a Streamyo account?
Today, only video copyright owners who are residents can use Streamyo's innovative video technology. To apply for a Streamyo account, go to http://www.streamyo.com/user/register.
Sign-Up Questions
Why do I have to provide my personal information such as date of birth and credit card number?
The date of birth is required for Producers in order to verify all copyright information. This information protects you and your content so that others cannot use it wrongfully. The credit card information is collected from viewers by Paypal, a very secure third party. Paypal sets the standard for internet e-commerce and has been a trusted source for many years. We want to make sure that no one is claiming themselves to be you, and receiving the revenues and claims that are trulyuly yours. We do not distribute any of this information.
Must I have professionally available video to sign up with Streamyo?
No. You can sign up with Streamyo as long as you own or control the rights to distribute the video recordings you want to register with Streamyo.
What if my content is already being distributed by other retailers, including iTunes, YouTube and/or others?
No problem. Streamyo’s contract is non-exclusive, so you can work with whomever else you like! Like you, we want your video everywhere, however we do recommend keeping it pay per view to maximum your revenue stream.
